Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bookmarks app and this website. By downloading, accessing, or using Bookmarks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Bookmarks is an iPhone app for saving and organizing links, with optional iCloud sync, reminders, shared folders, and related features. Core use is free. Optional Pro features may be unlocked through in-app purchase or subscription.

Purchases and subscriptions

Optional Pro access may be offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) after purchase.

Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Apple’s terms and the App Store apply to all billing processed by Apple.

Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy on this website (/privacy/). Please review it together with these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app or site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
